Alan Lamont - Racquets Coach

Alan has been coaching at the Club since the late 1980’s and is a very recognisable face around the Club.
He is proud to be coaching the third generation of some families.

He has helped in the development of some of the top local players who went on to play at a national level.

Alan introduced cardio tennis 4 years ago which has proved greatly popular with our adult members.

He continues to teach private and group coaching throughout the year.

Keil Beveridge - Golf Coach

After a successful Amateur golf career playing out of Aboyne Golf Course and representing the North East District Keil turned professional in 2005.

In 2008, Keil graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in Professional Golf specialising in Coaching.

Since graduating Keil has been continually working on improving his coaching skills.

He has coached European Tour Pro Laura Murray to tour success and a number of other talented youngsters to national and international victories.

Keil has been coaching at Kippie since 2013 and has greatly expanded the Club’s coaching programme.

Daniel Gerrard - Personal Trainer

I became a personal trainer to help as many people as I can feel healthier, stronger and fitter within themselves as well as look better and feel more confident in their own skin.

I have always been very tall and naturally skinny so I started going to the gym mainly to get stronger and put on some muscle. I then got addicted to the feeling of getting stronger, fitter and seeing a difference in my physique so decided to attend college and study Fitness, Health & Exercise. While studying, I worked part time as a gym instructor at Kippie where I gave gym inductions and instructed the youth gym class.

Since achieving my diploma in Fitness/Health & exercise and my level 3 in personal training, I have continued to study through books on programming, travelling to courses and expanding my knowledge so I can help my clients get the best results possible. I can help you lose body fat, tone up, get stronger and fitter by providing a custom built program to best suit your goals.

Michelle Milligan - Personal Trainer

I’m Michelle and I’ve been in the fitness industry for 27 years.

After falling in love with group exercises classes I decided to do my training to become a group exercise instructor and have taught all over Aberdeen, teaching many disciplines of fitness, including many Les Mills programmes, such as BodyPump, BodyAttack, RPM and more.

As one of the personal trainers at Kippie, I absolutely love my job, clients and my class participants.

Mike Skene - Personal Trainer

From a very young age, I have been passionate about sports & fitness, and it was through this passion that I decided to pursue a career in Personal Training.

I have been personal training now for 11 years, and I am very fortunate to have many long-term clients. I mainly focus on helping those whose primary goal is fat loss, building muscle, and increasing general fitness.

With over 12,000 hours of personal training sessions under my belt to date, seeing clients going above and beyond what they were capable of and achieving their goals still remains my driving force.

Personally, outwith working in the gym, I love nothing more than spending time with my two boys, training in the gym myself, getting out in the fresh air cycling, and last but not least, following the Dons! I strongly believe that being happy and healthy means doing the things you enjoy, regardless of whether they are fitness-based or not.

Not everyone gets to do a job that they love, but I do, and it’s something I certainly don’t take for granted. I can promise that if you work with me you will get the dedication and support required to take you to your desired goal, as well as a few laughs along the way.

Ali Black - Personal Trainer

From a young age, I have always had a passion for sport.

I still currently play football competitively and have a keen interest in road cycling. This is something I’ve also found a passion for in the gym using a variety of training methods for a broad scale of abilities.

Whether it be for sport-specific performance, injury rehabilitation, or general improvement in body composition.

Parent & Toddler Swimming £91

Did you know that playing with your baby in the water, develops learning skills, boost confidence, improves co-ordination and enhances wellbeing? Plus you are introducing them to exercise and encouraging a healthy lifestyle from the start! We offer baby through to pre-school lessons on Tuesdays throughout the school term.

 

Under 2yrs: Introduction to basic water skills through games and songs.

2-3yrs: start encouraging more independent movement. Whilst dipping in each week to the different strokes.

3-4yrs: encouraging independent movement, with the aim for them being able to go straight into Kippie’s Learn to Swim programme when they start school.

All our Sports Courses are now bookable and payable online. Please see below for instructions.


Online Booking Instructions: 

  1. Open the Kippie App 

  2. Click on My Profile 

  3. Click on Sports Courses 

  4. Click Bookings 

  5. Click the second Search button and it will display all courses available for booking 

  6. Click on Sports Courses you wish to book

  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Register

  8. Select the member you wish to book into the Sports Course from the Participant drop down menu

  9. Click Add To Basket

  10. On the next page, Click Continue

  11. On the Available Subsidies or Prepaid Accounts screen, click on either option if you have credit available that you wish to use  and the click Continue 

  12. Tick to Accept Terms & Conditions and then Click Continue* 

  13. Tick to Confirm Correct Billing Information and then Click Pay Now 

  14. Enter your debit or credit card details and click Submit 

  15. You will then see a confirmation screen and you will receive an email confirming your payment
