Kickstart Your Child’s Fitness Journey with Expert Personal Training!

Is your child aged 12 to 15 looking to boost their fitness, confidence, and overall well-being? Our specialised personal training is designed to help young teens develop a love for physical activity while achieving their fitness goals. Sports Manager Clint Sangbarani will be offering tailored workouts: each session is customised to meet your child’s individual needs and fitness level, ensuring they progress safely and effectively. Teaching them how to lifts weights safely to enhance muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. These sessions will be held in the studio on a one to one basis.
