Youth Gym for youths aged 12 years +
Youth Gym is a supervised session allowing youths as young as 12 years to work out in a controlled setting. These sessions allow the youth to safely develop with a Personal Trainer before being able to visit the gym with a parent once they have reached 14 years.
Subject to demand we have increased Youth Gym to 5 sessions per week:
Mon – 4.45pm – 5.45pm,
Wed – 4.45pm – 5.45pm,
Fri – 4.45pm – 5.45pm,
Sun – 1.15pm – 2.15pm & 2.30pm – 3.30pm
14 years and over may visit the gym with a parent or older sibling in their household during these times:
Any session Monday – Friday EXCLUDING 4.45pm and 6pm sessions.
Any session Saturday and Sunday.
