AGM & SGM
A big thank you to our members who came to our
AGM and SGM on Wednesday night.
Although it turned into a bit of a mini marathon, there was a lot of important information to share and a number of issues to be addressed.
Key takeaways from the AGM included:
the approval of the 2024 Accounts
the re-election of our Accountants
the reelection of three of our Committee members
ideas for part-funding the development (we would welcome suggestions for those unable to attend).
At the SGM we approved the proposal to lift the limit on our borrowing cap, to allow the next phase of our development proposals to proceed.
Importantly, this isn’t yet the approval to proceed with the development, but it’s a key step in allowing our team to progress towards that decision later in the year.
Again, a big thanks to all who attended and contributed to what was a wide ranging and robust conversation.
