Fitness Classes

Each day we try & accommodate for all your needs, for instance, come along to a Body Conditioning class in the morning & then why not try one of our Circuit Classes in the evening.

Our fitness schedule does change throughout the year, this allows us to introduce new classes & also encourages members to take part.

Many of the classes are pre-booked in block sessions however each day we also offers aerobic and yoga based classes that are ‘drop-in’. As with all of our classes – these are now free of charge.

If you prefer, you make an appointment with one of our many personal trainers who can design a programme that would focus on your individual ‘problem’ areas.
