Kippie is proud to offer members a wide range of fitness and wellbeing classes throughout the week from high to low impact. Kippie has a class to suit all fitness levels.

Body Pump, Body Pump and RPM are just a few of the Les Mills classes we offer.
If its a more gentle approach that you are looking for we offer Nia, Yoga and Pilates classes.

Kippie is continually developing its fitness schedule to ensure classes remain fresh and this coupled with a team of fantastic instructors will help keep your fitness routine motivating and exciting.
