Gym Sessions for our Senior Members

Functioning fabulously? Clare Creamer, one of Kippie’s Physiotherapists, is offering a drop in session in the EVERY Tuesday from 9.45-10.45am. Clare will be available to give Physiotherapy advice and assist with gym programmes.

This session is primarily for our sensational senior members but Clare will be more than happy to answer any queries regarding injury prevention and treatment, mobility, balance, in fact, anything physio! No need to sign up, Clare will be there to help you out.
