Members are continuing to be kept entertained during lockdown with a weekly quiz, online singing group and book club with the odd funny video thrown in. Member Gillian Tebberen says “Thanks to the fact that Kippie held online classes throughout lockdown and balanced this with great quizzes online, we as a family avoided civil war – for the most part! Knowing that some of the fantastic staff were still there working behind the scenes to keep things going so we can now play golf and tennis means so much – a little ‘socially distanced’ freedom means a lot and the grounds look so good! Kippie has become like a home from home for us and that is down to the members too.”
It’s lovely to hear that Kippie’s singing group are continuing to meet every Thursday! Here is a wee clip of them performing.
Dear yogis at Kippie
Continue your practice; choosing to focus on what works for you rather than what might not be possible.
For those days when you’re maybe less flexible or a bit wobbly.

Thanks to all the Kippie team for helping make this video!
Thank you Alan for all your tennis tips! View more on our closed Facebook page!
A big thank you to member David Ross for keeping so many of us entertained from his potting shed. If you haven’t seen any of the clips log on to his public Facebook page. He has done a tremendous job for raising hundreds of pounds for Calico – Cancer and Leukaemia in Children.
Younger members have been keeping up with their golf skills!
Lovely to see our Aqua ladies still managing to meet up for a chat!
