Body Balance*

A dynamic fitness to music programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. combining Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates with a structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create a holistic workout.

Body Combat*

This high energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Up the intensity and get motivated to make the most of every round. You’ll release the stress, have a blast and feel like a champ!

Dance

Focusing on different dance styles such as commercial and contemporary, this class aims to improve technique and choreography skills.

Golf Performance Squad

As players progress in older age groups the coaching becomes more focused on technical swing analysis and course management.

Gym Circuits

Supervised gym session now with the option to take part in a circuit designed by our gym staff Or follow your own programme with our staff there to guide you.

Les Mills Barre*

A modern version of classic ballet training; a 30 minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, Les Mills Barre is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range or motion movements.

RPM*

Indoor cycle class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivilant of 20-25km of varied terrain. Controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Has been proved to burn up to 600 calories per class.

Tennis

On court practise routines to give more consistency with a cardio work out and match play sessions.

Yoga

Yoga helps improve health, strength, flexibility and the ability to cope with stress. The class will focus on alignment, using props to make poses more manageable.
