We’re excited to invite you to our Open Invitation Day at Kippie’s 9-hole course on April 26th! Whether you’re interested in joining the Ladies’ or Men’s golf sections, this is a fantastic opportunity to meet current members and experience the welcoming community at Kippie Golf.
You’ll be paired up in a friendly team game, designed for fun with no pressure—just a great way to enjoy the game and connect with fellow golfers.

Looking to improve your golf game, gain and maintain your golf handicap, and meet fellow golfers? Join Kippie Sports and Leisure and APCGA Golf Sections:
Kippie has been fostering a love of golf since 1975, and today, we proudly offer four dynamic sections:
From beginners to elite young golfers, our juniors have a variety of opportunities to hone their skills. With coaching from Robin on the range and practice facilities throughout the week, plus Sunday rounds on the course, juniors can participate in exciting initiatives like U.S. Kids Golf and Scottish Golf programs.
Our vibrant home sections offer a supportive and fun environment for golfers of all levels for a quicker round of golf. Play on the Kippie 9-hole course on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and enjoy the opportunity to join team days on local 18-hole courses.
For those established golfers among us, Men’s 18-hole section play on Friday’s through the season at top-quality courses in Aberdeenshire and beyond. Join this section to enjoy more challenge and variety with a welcoming and friendly group of golfers. Membership applications must be in by early April to register for Knockouts for our club championship.
Not only will joining the Kippie Golf Sections help you improve your game, but having an official handicap will allow you the opportunity to enter Open golf events, both locally and further afield.
Gaining a handicap is easy, just join up and ask a member of the section to mark cards for you. You only need 3 x 18-hole or 6 x 9-hole cards. You could even just get one to play with your friends and family at Kippie and track your progress or have a side match.

The Men’s 18 have their season opening game on Friday 4th April at Banchory Golf Club. It is essential if you want to play (we already have over 20 players registered to play in this fixture) and future events in 2025 you are registered with Scottish Golf in advance of the beginning of April. Application form can be obtained by clicking the below link. We will also ask members to enter the draw in early Aprilfor our singles and Greensomes knockouts. Again, it is vital that all new/returning members are fully registered by the beginning of April. Chris Rose, Secretary.
