🧑🎓 For Adults:
Looking to improve your technique, stay fit, or just have some fun? Our adult coaching sessions cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced players. Learn from our expert coaches, meet like-minded people, and take your game to the next level.
Under 2 years: Introducing the adult and baby/toddler to the swimming environment and developing confidence and skills through songs and play.
2-3 years: Further developing the skills learned in the previous class, encouraging independent movement with the use of buoyancy aids. Keeping those songs and play going.
3-4 years: Now becoming confident and developing the core aquatic skills. Still playing games. Have a basic understanding of all strokes. Easy transition to Kippie Learn to Swim program.

🌟 Beginners: Perfect for little ones just starting their swimming journey. Our patient and supportive coaches will guide them through the basics, helping them build water confidence, learn essential skills, and have a great time in the pool.
🚀 Improvers: For kids who are ready to take their swimming to the next level, our improvers’ classes focus on refining techniques, increasing stamina, and boosting confidence. It’s the perfect way to prepare them for more advanced swimming or just to help them enjoy the water more.

Beginner: These classes give you an introduction to the pool, helping to build your confidence in the water alongside learning basic aquatic skills. These classes take place in shallow water, helping you build confidence.
Improver: Looking to improve your technique or learn a new stroke, with the goal of you managing to swim a short distance. Designed for adults who can swim less than 25 meters. (1 length)

Pilates is a form of low impact conditioning exercise that helps to strengthen the core and improve flexibility, restoring normal muscle balance in the body. It also improves postural awareness and breathing control to help you feel relaxed and refreshed after every class.
We are trained by the APPI – the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. The APPI curriculum is unique in its design as it is the only Pilates programme in the world that was fully designed, taught and developed by Physiotherapists.
Physiotherapy-led Pilates is built on our degree-level understanding of movement, anatomy and physiology. Ensuring tailored exercise for every individual while in a small group setting.
Classes are suitable for almost everyone, including those with spinal, musculoskeletal or neurological conditions.
All of our classes are led by Physiotherapists, with an expert knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and experience of rehabilitation through exercise. Our instructors are all HCPC registered and Chartered Physiotherapists
