Kippie Bulletin

The fitness schedule for next week will be issued via email, website and social media tomorrow afternoon with bookings opening online only on Friday

If you are unsure how to register online for bookings please watch the short instructional video below.
We will be holding a drop-in session this Friday in the Conservatory from 2 pm if you require assistance.

As keen as everyone is to return to the gym, things will not be the way they were before lockdown.  Social distancing is here to stay.  All our equipment will be spaced out, everyone has to say 2 metres apart and strict new cleaning measures will be implemented. However, don’t let these changes ruin the fun of returning.  Get your water bottle at the ready!

Please keep in mind that many of you have not lifted heavy gym equipment for many months.  Our advice:

DON’T GO TOO HARD, TOO SOON

If you push your body too far too soon, you will risk injuries.
Your body will need time to adjust to its new workout.
